Our hearts go out to everyone around the world being impacted by the recent COVID-19 pandemic. As we navigate through this unprecedented and uncertain time, we want to walk you through the steps LA-CO Industries is taking to provide the tools our employees and customers need to stay healthy and productive.
CUSTOMER CARE
We have received numerous inquiries from customers, particularly those deemed “critical infrastructure,” on how the COVID-19 crisis may affect their ability to order and receive product from us. As of this writing, our ability to produce and ship product remains largely unaffected.
The products we manufacture are used by essential, critical and life-sustaining industries including: medical sterilization, energy production, agriculture and the military. As such, LA-CO Industries has been recognized as an essential business by the Governor of Illinois and we remain open to supply our customers during this difficult time.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Above all else, the health and safety of our employees and community is our highest priority. For those who can, we have instituted a remote work-form-home policy. For our dedicated employees who continue to manufacture product on-site, we have established scattered breaks with increased physical distance and provided for physical distancing, where possible, in manufacturing. Most importantly, we continue to follow and promote public health guidelines across the business.
By instituting these increased sanitation measures we hope to keep everyone safe and healthy, ensuring product deliveries remain dependable and consistent.
FUTURE ORDERS
In addition to our added safety and health protocols, we are operating with an increased focus on building inventory of core items to continue to meet the needs of our customers. We are also prepared for uninterrupted service and support, having developed contingency plans that will allow us to remain open for business throughout this ongoing crisis.
